We are theologically based upon the idea that humankind is created in God’s own image. We contend that sexual orientation and gender identify are part of God’s gift of diversity to be honored and celebrated.

Love Thy Neighbor
“Love Thy Neighbor” is more than a catchy phrase or popular wisdom, it is a time-honored commandment rooted in Islamic, Jewish and Christian faith traditions.

Love of neighbor is a cornerstone Judaism, Islam, and Christianity, with love of God (Allah and Yahweh) as the foundation. The command to love one’s neighbor is not about the emotion of love, but rather the action of love. Who is my neighbor – those who are like you, that is created by God. Therefore, all of humanity is our neighbor.

Why Gay By God?
Gay by God is catchy, yet it also makes a profound statement. While we recognize that “gay” is not all inclusive, in the context of the phrase, Gay by God, it is being used to encompass the entirety of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, queer and questioning community.

We were all made by God. Some of us were made Gay by God.

Studio3b, Inc. is a graphic design firm based in Des Moines, Iowa, and is committed to raising awareness of progressive Christian ideas.

Owned and operated by Cyndi Wiley and Rev. Jennifer Hall, Studio3b, Inc. has been in business since October 2000.

Jennifer worked as an academic advisor for 12 years prior to attending seminary. She is an ordained minister with the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) and is currently serving as a chaplain. Cyndi works as the creative director and has been a graphic designer for over 10 years.
